I don't know what happened but the first amendment doesn't apply in situations like forums/private businesses but nice try anyways. Also who gives a **** if they went to ND or not, it doesn't make them anymore of a fan than someone who didn't attend ND.

There actually is. Again, there have been a FEW incidents where a poster was banned for speaking their mind.

This is what I love about the internet. You ALL can hid behind your computers, ban who you want, ignore who you will, and be who you are. Sounds like the Politicians in office to me. Weak sauce!

To be completely honest, I don't pay enough attention to individual users on this site to recognize the poster's personality. So I'm not sure if you always post random incoherent comments but I am kind of enjoying it.

Here is what I understood of your post: "Free speech ***xx xx freedom *** *********, not ****** ***x ******x."

I particularly don't understand "freedom from prosecution as it is not a freedom mentioned in the bill of rights, nor do I understand "repercussions" as you use it.

I can say what I want. But it doesn't mean my boss can't fire me for it. It doesn't mean I can't get banned from a site. It just means you can't put me in jail for it.

Get it?

Yes! Perfect! Why didn't you just say that the first time? No account for the low iq of your fellow posters?

And I agree with it as far as it goes. I marvel at all the fights back and forth on these issues. Of course if it were all that simple, the founding fathers, who were perfect by all accounts, would not have set up such a healthy judiciary, would they?
