Is this Chris Ass?Chris Ash is a motherf^$?ing gangster!!!!!!
Historically it is very rare for 2 loss teams to be outside of the Top 12. Our biggest issue/risk is that we may have no ranked teams left on the schedule and there could be a 3 loss team that jumps us.Final AP College Football Polls 1939-2024

Looking back historically, I don't really see how a 10-2 ND gets left out. We'd probably be an 11/12 seed but I have a hard time seeing us getting left out. Especially if Miami and A&M continue winning.
That's why we need Miami and and A&M to continue winning. Hate to use the good loss argument but it's the reality we're in now.Historically it is very rare for 2 loss teams to be outside of the Top 12. Boise and USC have really fucked us.
Yes. Could turn out that the only loses are to top 8ish teams though.Historically it is very rare for 2 loss teams to be outside of the Top 12. Our biggest issue/risk is that we may have no ranked teams left on the schedule and there could be a 3 loss team that jumps us.

Let's not blame usc and Boise, we aren't in this situation because of themHistorically it is very rare for 2 loss teams to be outside of the Top 12. Our biggest issue/risk is that we may have no ranked teams left on the schedule and there could be a 3 loss team that jumps us.

Losing to A&M is what really fucked us. They're not that good, but they could go 10-2 with the schedule they have, in which case they get in before us. Hell they could go 9-3 and it would become an interesting conversation.Historically it is very rare for 2 loss teams to be outside of the Top 12. Oline was awesome again.
RBs are generational. A shame MD had that complain against Miami.
Faison is the man
Team is a top ten team. A shame Swarbrick put this schedule together. No doubt in mind if we had a warmup or 2, they beat 1/2 if not both Miami/AM
You must have taken your pill today600+ yards of offense. I’m wet.
Don't forget the absolutely bullshit missed tackle on Hinish at the end of A&M.If ND blows everyone’s doors off like this the rest of the way they’re getting in. A 10-2 ND team that rattled off 10 straight has a lot of built in excuses. Really tough early schedule while breaking in a new QB (even though he wasn’t the issue, the media will still say this). Only lost by 4 total points. New DC and the learning curve that came with it.
It’s all about not dropping a stupid game to Pitt or somebody now.

As long as we repay them with a beatdown.Historically it is very rare for 2 loss teams to be outside of the Top 12. Our biggest issue/risk is that we may have no ranked teams left on the schedule and there could be a 3 loss team that jumps us.

I didn’t know you identified as female.600+ yards of offense. I’m wet.
This is garbage. It could easily happen. 0% ? Utterly ridiculous.Stop with the "oh noes we're 10-2! We won't get in!" nonsense. If we go 10-2 winning 10 straight and losing by 4 to teams that spent time in the Top 10 (phrased with the caveat in mind that even at the end of the season maybe one or both aren't) there is 0% chance we aren't in the playoff having made the championship game last year under similar circumstances.
Some of you really need a diaper change.
It absolutely would not happen. But keep concern trolling. This is garbage. It could easily happen.
If they manage to go 10-2 I think they'll get in for a couple of reasons. 1. ND draws eyeballs and ESPN helps decide who makes it. 2. Ten in a row to end it will help with the "best team right now" argument people were using for South Carolina last year. 3. The two losses will have been by a combined 4 points while they adjusted to new QB/new DC. 4. The fact they were the runner up last year will give them a benefit of the doubt the program would not have had in years pastHistorically it is very rare for 2 loss teams to be outside of the Top 12.
