Why do you post here? Honest question.
Same reason I post on MGoblog. Its nice to get an outside opinion some times.

I think the guy was ribbing him a little bit.
Carlos Hyde, Alex Boone, Frank Gore, Colin Kapernick, Vernon Davis, and plenty of other former players liked the guy.
Don't get it twisted. He didn't leave San Fransisco because of issues with players. He left because of issues with Jed York, a 34 year old billionaire rich brat that hasn't worked for anything a day in his life. Does it really surprise anybody that a hard ass like Harbaugh would clash with somebody he probably has very little respect for like York?
49er fans are ready to burn York at the stake. They did not want to see Harbaugh leave.
Harbaugh is a good coach. His record speaks for itself. I personally think he's going to tear it up at Michigan. Also, according to Matt Maiocco the supposed "tension" between Harbaugh and the players as well as Ballke was way overblown. From all I've heard on local sports radio it was Jed York (who comes across as a weenie to me) who had a problem with Harbaugh.
Anyhow, there were a lot a parallels between the Niners and ND this season (injuries, off the field issues, "coach loosing team" drama, erratic QB play....).

Anybody have any insight as to Harbaugh's recruiting efforts lately? I see that Michigan is #101 in the Rivals team rankings.
I know they are in Chris Clark's final two.

God MGoBlog makes me laugh. 10-2 next year with wins Vs Sparty and close loss to OSU. OSU is going to blow the doors off of them.
Basically, he's chasing mostly prospects that either:
1) Had serious Michigan interest
2) Decommitted from somewhere
3) Are starting the process late
Most of his overtures to currently committed guys weren't going anywhere. I think his approach is a smart one... save spots, go all out in 2016/2017.
Michigan has been garbage for two years now and OSU has been elite for the same two years. OSU hasn't been able to blow scUM out. I think that trend will continue next year, especially with JH as head coach and the game being in A2. OSU will win, but not by much.
Sparty, otoh, has been absolute destroying Michigan recently. Not even competitive.

Hmm so this could very well be similar to his start with Stanford (not as bad but still). I wonder how much patience scUM fans will have.
NSIAP
Jim hired his son Jay (according with the Ravens) as TE coach.
Jay currently has "THE NEW TE U" on his twitter bio.
Eh, for now. But eventually Mora will bolt and we'll be forced to refocus our hatred towards Michigan lol

#UCLA commit Will Lockett @willdoesit__ said via text that he's visiting Michigan this weekend. Rooting for Michigan here. Seriously. Fuck Mora, and the more players Michigan signs that we don't want the better in the sum-zero game.
This could be the case, but I am sure he can close the gap by taking some JUCO players over the next couple of years. This could help them stay competitive throughout without having too much of a rebuilding year.Seems to support my theory that Harbaugh is going to have to win with Hoke's '12/'13 classes for the next few years. There were some decent classes in there, but he's got a somewhat weak '14 class and a currently non-existent '15 class after that. Could certainly be a rebuilding period for them in a few years, they may need to play quite a few underclassmen from whatever class they sign next year and the year after.
I'd be disappointed if we offered a corner that posted a 4.79 40-yard dash.

I think there will be a good amount of patience. General consensus among the students I've talked to seems to be that they'd be happy with 8 wins next year which is definitely doable. Sure, there are some people on MGo that are predicting 10 wins--but I think that is the minority.
