It would be hard to convince Michigan that Fickell is a Michigan man. Would UM take a chance of being left at the alter to their rivals at OSU like Saban left for Alabama?

they'll go with Mike Hart, they are too closed minded to look outside their own borders after the RichRod fiasco

Like every fan base, they would talk themselves into it. “Bo was an Ohio State guy before he came”

There's been some reports via the twitter that he is highly confident he will land the job and his second interview today is a mere formality.

Burn it to the ground, I love it.

yeah its all but official. no major P5 coach is interviewing with an NFL team on NSD (even if its not the significance it used to) and sending his assistants on a week long sabbatical to find new jobs if they even remotely think they could return.

Signing with Vikings apparently.

Vikings interviewed Patrick Graham twice and which makes me think they are seriously considering him.

Harbaugh may be the guy and may plan to sign with them. But the Vikings have not offered him the job yet.

If Harbaugh comes back to UM . It’s the equivalent of Michael Scott coming back to Scranton after naming Dwight his replacement, and promising everyone he got the corporate job in New York.

That needs to be meme'd with Harbaugh's head if it happens... preferably in .gif form.

I wonder what is worse for recruiting going forward, Harbaugh leaving or Harbaugh coming back and the entire country knowing he has one foot out the door.

Kind of hope he stays now.... Much Fichigan.

Jim Harbaugh called Michigan to inform the school that, despite interviewing with the Vikings today, he will be returning to school for the 2022 season, sources tell ESPN. Michigan was, in the words of one source, “elated” to get Harbaugh’s decision.

I feel like this is actually worse for Michigan than him leaving, even though it will be spun in the most positive light possible. How can you take him seriously as a recruit or player when he just tries so hard to leave?

The weird guy keeps getting weirder. It’s like walking out on your wife and telling the whole family you’re going to go screw the mistress twice then calling your wife to tell her he’s 100% committed to her.

Answer: Obviously a few NFL teams at the very least, but they don't want him.

Exactly. Why would you want him back?
