I don't even know who this guy is and his opinion is no more important than yours or mine.
I've been hearing a lot lately about this being about men controlling women. This doesn't make any sense, though.
The majority of pro lifers are women. And half of pro choice advocates are men. And I think we all know why so many men are pro choice, and it's not noble.

Amazingly if a woman aborts and kills the mans child... its completely okay and the man has no rights or say in what happens. If the women decides to have the baby she can make you pay child support with no recourse... what if the man wanted to abort? Where is his right to abortion? Just a thought....

The left has its schtick, but you also have yours. I'm pretty sure you would've been calling it hyperbolic liberal hysteria if one of your students had claimed that Roe v Wade was going to be overturned by the Supreme Court after RBG died. It's sort of your go-to thing.

Might wind up being a good ruling but it's going to take awhile to determine. I wish I had faith that the legislature would do what's right and institute more protections for working mothers and young families like paid maternity leave, proper education/financial support and healthcare, but as per usual both of the parties that this country is held hostage by have no normal citizen's best interests in mind. The Dems will be totally consumed by getting abortion rights reinstated because that's "woke" and "sexier" than instituting common sense employment leave laws to help encourage young straight couples to have kids (kids which our country is going to need really fucking badly in a few decades), and the GOP doesn't give a shit about children or parents as soon as they pass through the birth canal.

As a person who really loves reading Court opinions: The fact that I get to read much, much more Thomas in my life and no more Scalia is a big fucking bummer. To quote Dewey Cox's dad: "Wrong kid died!"

Apples and Oranges. There is an argument that can be had that being gay is a choice and if that should be consitutionally protected... being black is obviously not a choice. Lumping "coloreds" and gay people together is pretty sad.
