Context is going to be determined by the states, no? I'm sure none of them are going to go that far, though. Of course not. That's just silly that any of them would possibly do that. Surely.

It wasn't Freudian, it was a typo.

I am asking the context of your comment. Was there something in the leaked draft talking about prosecuting miscarriages?

Don't know if prosecuting miscarriages is true, but I do know that Rep. Swalwell has the inside scoop on the Republicans wanting to ban interracial marriage.

Life at fertilization. Miscarriages could potentially be investigated. Guess you better word this shit good and careful when it gets written and passed in state houses.

Roe gets repealed, here come more than half the states passing stuff like this that leave it open for them to interpret however they wish.

Kavanaugh was at one of our lacrosse games with only a couple agents “around.” We’ll likely play them in a week and a half. I wonder if any crazies surface.

I think the sticking point would be how the miscarriage happened. Miscarriage because of drug use or some other negligence might be the sticking point here. I had a family friend get into car accident while under the influence injuring his girlfriend and unborn child. The girlfriend wanted the man charged for the death of the unborn. I am not exactly sure what happened but I know he went to jail for a short period. I also know of people that have had miscarriages because of drug use. As a social worker I know kids can be and have been taken away if the child tests positive for hard core stuff like meth... never have I seen a child taken away for a positive marijuana test.

I think people are reaching a bit when things like this are discussed. According to the left segregation is going to make a comeback.

They do need to be careful with how they word things. I'm not really big on targeting the women but I haven't thought it out well enough to opine much there.

Wording statutes is difficult. A professor had us try as an assignment and went through them and brought up the problematic issues with all of them. Basically, we all got nuked. I'm sure a good drafter could write up something that makes allowances for ectopic situations (baby can't come to term if mom is dead) or other similar dangers to the mother.

End of the day, be careful with the drafting. Some women will still find a way in those states that do go for aggressive bans. But end of the day, I'm really looking forward to this.

Liberals are looking to disrupt and intimidate judges at their homes.
Regardless of your political persuasion, this is completely unacceptable. Trying to harass and intimidate any justice or elected official in order to force them to vote a particular way should be treated the same as voter harassment and intimidation or trying to threaten a juror in order to intimidate them. It's all unlawful and harmful interference with the lawful execution of their duties. If you don't like a politician's or justice's positions, vote against them or campaign against those who appoint them, or write all the articles you like and protest peacefully, but threatening them and harassing them is 100% contrary to the principles of a democratic society.

I'll just leave this right here:

Terrorism is defined in the Code of Federal Regulations as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives

This dude would ban condoms.

This is about babies, though. Domestic supply of infants, I meant.

They're all about Government staying out of people's lives unless it's the bedroom. Jesus. This is third world shit.

Just an added note……based on some other articles I read, there may be a bit of media “twisting” in play with Blake Masters as well. I know that’s shocking.

Peaceful Molotov throw here from the principled norm folks. Probably someone who got their gender-neutral underwear twisted after hearing left-wing analysts distort conservative opinions.

Also worth to point out how media covers these kind of attacks-

Bad gouge. Hyperbole. Hysteria. Good for fundraising and getting your people to wear vagina costumes outside Judge's homes and getting them to hurl Molotovs at pro-life offices.

If people don't like these candidates, then they shouldn't vote for them or vote them out. If they get voted in, just move to another state if its really that important to you. That's really how it works. Maybe sex should also be treated by our society as serious and intimate rather than 'hook ups'? That's probably too much to ask though.
I can't tell you how many people I see every day here in TN who have moved from the same states: California. New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Michigan. They all tell me same reasons. And it's because they got fed up with the elected officials and their policies there. There is nothing special about them, they just got fed up and moved.

Regulating sex. There's a wedge issue.

I've always been a fan of what happens in the bedroom as your business. That was a D position a decade and a half ago; now, it is certainly not. The reaction to the Florida ban on imposing gender poly queer theory to Kindgergardeners revealed that. The gay pronoun gender mystery science must be in your face now.

Most of this lib hysteria is just a wild exaggeration for clicks and emotions from the blue bubble. It appears to be working.

Abortion, not sex. Come to think of it though, maybe sex outside the confines if marriage should be taxed 😉
Who knows, maybe the EPA will deem semen/fluid spillage as reportable thus fines would be applicable. Hazmat suit anyone?!
