Complete speculation here but I'm guessing he was an accessory after the fact

Aaron Hernandez was seen leaving the bar with 3 people and arriving at his house with 2. It sounds like it must have gone down in that time period. I also read that Hernandez might have been the driver as well.

Reminds me of the Bonnie Situation from Pulp Ficiton...

Louis Nix tweeted: "Aaron Hernandez will go from playing tight end to now trying to keep a tight end."

I guess it's a good thing that Heuerman didn't fall for Urban's line that he could be the next Aaron Hernandez in his offense.

Guy was my favorite player to watch on the Pats. So versatile. Could line up literally anywhere, including at RB on occasion.

Best-case scenario, he gets the Ray Lewis. Certainly seems to be acting like a guilty man if that ABC story is right.

I bet the dead guy and his family disagree.

Speaking of which, I'm a huge Pats fan, but I love how overplayed the Patriot Way is. Cut Kevin Love the day you find out he has Type 2 Diabetes. Ignore the Hernandez situation for as long as possible.

Just saw this. Just a matter of time IMO. Gotta at least be obstruction of justice.

Soooooo lets talk fantasy value...

Well he should be catching lots of balls in prison...

Sorry, had to do it.

Seriously though, how can you be so well off and still act like a thug? I would say get your **** together, but it's likely too late for that.

Because our culture/we care more about monetary success than being ethical. No one cares about the content of people's character, so long as they make me/my company money, can help my favorite sports team, make good movies, entertain me, promise to pass certain laws ... etc.

FIFY. But you are correct that it seems, overall, that the sports industry has ethics backwards.....

And we don't even know what is ethical anymore. A lot of traditionally moral behavior is seen as regressive and/or judgmental.
