Davonte’s was a wild rideI have been lurking for years here. Today was the day that got me to sign up. This thread is the wildest thing I’ve ever seen. You guys rock! Can anyone remember a recruitment anything like this?
Something like this:You just know Marcus is sliding in Mommas DMs.
Vanderdoes was pretty bad.I have been lurking for years here. Today was the day that got me to sign up. This thread is the wildest thing I’ve ever seen. You guys rock! Can anyone remember a recruitment anything like this?
Stephon Tuitt comes to mind with how it was back and forth with dramatic switches between ND and Georgia Tech right up until Signing Day.I have been lurking for years here. Absolutely! 2006 Oregon sheared OU at end of game on the onside kick. Refs cheated and review booth. So bad the review booth got suspended afterwardsYou rather Bowen go to ND than Oregon?
THATS a hot take

That’ll give me Nam flashbacksAaron Lynch
Doesn’t sound like it according to Mrs Bowen.I'd imagine it's OU if he backs off Oregon. I don't know how you let him back in if you're ND.
I would actually give money to IB to see that fight...and damn it I think I'd have to pull for Driskell. I'd hope for a close fight though.Wow, Driskell was spotted outside the Bowen house fighting Justin Hopkins. After winning the fight Driskell went on to say he couldn't have done it without eating 5 built bars and washing it down with 3L of mountain dew.
Not only would ND let him in, they are actively recruiting him by the sound of it.I'd imagine it's OU if he backs off Oregon. I don't know how you let him back in if you're ND.
Furthermore, he brought along Vince to tie his shoes after the fight. Ryan couldn't be found as he was doing his job and not being a petulant child.Wow, Driskell was spotted outside the Bowen house fighting Justin Hopkins. Honestly, if his energy is channeled correctly Driskell could be a real asset. As a petulant child myself, game respects game. He just needs to align himself against the evil empires and stop fighting with ISD/Pete Sampson.I would actually give money to IB to see that fight...and damn it I think I'd have to pull for Driskell. Agreed, I can throw a damn good tantrum and I fully respect Driskell.Honestly, if his energy is channeled correctly Driskell could be a real asset. As a petulant child myself, game respects game. He just needs to align himself against the evil empires and stop fighting with ISD/Pete Sampson.
Well...he has flipped the process on it's head, and it's still not overPeyton is going to flip the whole recruiting process on it's head, he'll pick none of the hats on the table and instead lift a sign that says "Find out in February."

🙃Oregon fans saying their own staff didn't expect him to commit.
Driskell said he's joining the Lucky Lefty show at 7pm tonight and was going to take the gloves off about the $2mil haters.
I was really looking forward to this freakout, but now he'll likely be more reserve with the latest Bowen drama. I was so ready for an unhinged Driskell.
Aarron Lynch's recruitment was one of the craziest I can remember. The kid spread his grandfather's ashes on campus who was a huge ND fan. His mom also joined the IE board and conversed with us after his commitment to ND. Then he flipped to another school and the board went crazy. Mom couldn't convince him to stay committed. And then somehow miraculously the staff convinced him to switch back. He had a huge freshman year but his character/girlfriend issues led to a transfer to USF, where his waiver to avoid sitting out a year was denied by the NCAA. We went undefeated the next season and the following year that he played as a junior, USF won 3 games. He was a 5th round pick.Aaron Lynch
