True. Can’t be any other reason for a throw like that. You kidding? He loves ND so much he gave up a start in the NCG just to play catch with Christian Gray.

According to "Coach D" and the Irish Breakdown crew, there's a contingent of ND fans that are lukewarm on him.Who doesn’t like him?
They aren’t fans, they’re trolls. We’ve had some on this board.According to "Coach D" and the Irish Breakdown crew, there's a contingent of ND fans that are lukewarm on him.
This DUDE is a current LEADER of the LB corp. LOLHe will be in the top 2

That was a Feb 1st question, not a July 31st question. I don't think anyone is arguing that he won't be a leader in the LB room given full health. He will be in the top 2
Great word to describe Bowen and a different kind of LB than Teo and Smith. When the helmet goes on Bowen the lights go out, he is going to be fun to watch this season. That film gets me so hyped for this year. Bowen looks so damn disciplined and then violent when he triggers. I hope Ash stills calls the game aggressively.
Still think he's the most important, or at least THE bellwether recruit of the last twenty years. Changed the whole eye level of the program. A killer, a leader, not better than say Jaylon or Manti but the kind of guy who was otherwise a fit who went to OSU or Florida (or I guess Auburn in this case) ten times out of ten under Kelly et al.Great word to describe Bowen and a different kind of LB than Teo and Smith. Whose thread do you think this is?Which guy are you talking about?
Bowen, but I just re-read dank’s entire message. Disregard.Whose thread do you think this is?
Great tape. Also wtf is this song? 😂

I don't think the difference is that he's more of a killer than Te'o, who is plainly imo on a different level as a linebacker. It's that Te'o was primarily guided to Notre Dame by his faith and a desire to do something different, something extraordinary. Drayk was also primarily guided to Notre Dame by his faith, only in this case it was his faith in the power of beating the brakes off of guys and a desire to whoop ass all the time and win lots of football games and go to the NFL. Generally speaking the former group self-selects for ND, while the latter group has not since Holtz.I'm not sure he's different than Teo. Teo was a killer.

I think that depends on if someone can takeover X Watts job of calling the defense. That film gets me so hyped for this year. Bowen looks so damn disciplined and then violent when he triggers. I hope Ash stills calls the game aggressively.
Yeah he's just not very good at all.
For those in the crowd that see a white Mike backer and think he can't cover.

Was there some "unseen" Football I missed between that time that changed opinions?? 🤔That was a Feb 1st question, not a July 31st question. I don't think anyone is arguing that he won't be a leader in the LB room given full health.
Bowen - Outstanding assetI think Bowen’s instincts are at Manti’s level, and his physicality is above Jaylon’s. He’s a great middle linebacker and the other linebackers on our roster compliment him well.
Btw, that highlight tape reminded me that I hate the white pants. Even more so when the opponent is wearing white pants
