I'm not thrilled to hear that but the optimist in me feels it could have been a taunt bc they are playing a team from Ohio.

This recruitment reminds me of Justin Hilliard's recruitment; Hilliard ended up at OSU, but I could see Tate surprising and committing to ND.

All I know is after seeing that I'd be super pissed of he went to ND if I were an Ohio St fan. I don't see it happening now and actually felt like it could go either way before seeing that. Not so much now. Hoping like heck I'm wrong but after that I have a feeling he's going to end up playing many more games in Ohio other than just today.

Isn’t Singer and Loy continuing to say ND is confident to the point of them having FC and CBs in amidst someone like Fong liking OSU, the Gug talking?

The oddest part of this stretch run is Kurelic is still not confident enough to CB him to OSU. That is out of character

At the same time, I’ve stopped following Fong has a huge CB source tbh. Seems to not dish juicy info anymore and just changes it with info he gets right before hand so CBS can do those commitment spots

Did anyone read that story about their opponent today tricking ESPN? And IMG knew about it too.
How they told ESPN they were a top HS team in Ohio, with multiple D1 recruits. ESPN of course, have HORRIBLE recruiting coverage, didn’t verify the claims and even though showing HS games in Ohio every year, didn’t realize nobody had heard of Bishop Sycamore?
Turns out they are an Online charter school that is two years old & has zero college recruits. They played their first season last year and went 0-6, being outscored 227-42. And IMG was their last opponent last year & knew they were horrible & still agreed to play them again on ESPN.
Embarrassing for ESPN recruiting.

Not sure if it was mentioned and then moved or anything, but Freeman had an update from yesterday saying Tate, Moore and Rees were on a FaceTime together yesterday morning. Del also FaceTimed later in the day. Pretty much the entire offensive staff will be at IMG/La Salle Friday.
