Jagusah is in for the 17th. Michigan's big recruiting weekend is going to have all their top targets (Jagusah, M'Pemba, and probably Dante) at ND's second big weekend.
SCUM going with the Ben Bredeson recruiting pitch no doubt: "ND OL is too stacked you will never play/takes years to see the field, come play for us we suck"

Our pitch: (Hiestand) "Do you want to learn how to play OLine, or stumble around knowing what you're doing only half the time? I know what the NFL teams think."

Not only has Notre Dame done a very good job recruiting the No. 1 offensive tackle in the country, but they have also done a good job recruiting those around him. From his mother to his coach, Marcus Freeman, Harry Heistand, and the staff have connected well with the Jagusah circle.

Jagusah said, “I think the coaching change changed my opinion of the school (Notre Dame) a lot [in a good way]. Coach Freeman, he’s a hands-on guy that will get on the phone and call you once a week or once every two weeks. You don’t really get that from a lot of other coaches, and you can feel the energy in the program having him around. They’ve already been a good team, but it feels like they’re jumpstarting something crazy.”

Missouri has had Jagusah on campus the most, but the Tigers have work to do to remain in this race. The same can be said about the Razorbacks. Michigan is a little closer to Notre Dame according to a source, but there is a “gap” here heading into these visits.

I think a lot are playing out longer due to NIL. Any thoughts on that???

Could be. I do think the 2023 class is the one most affected by COVID pauses though. They missed out on their whole freshman and most of their sophomore year being able to take visits.

I think Jagusah has gone longer than expected because many assumed his personality type wouldn’t like the process and would pull the trigger at first chance

This is a very good point in addtion to Chicago Domer's post before it. Multiple moving parts with this class all coming together at the same time.

Bunch of grown ass men predicting the behavior of teenaged athletes only to find that their predictions haven't happened the way they thought.

Probably stings a bit, but that premium info doesn't pay for itself.

Did I see right that Alleman didn't win a game last season and scored a total of 14 points? Dude, this guy could go to Wisconsin Whitewater and he's going to immediately love life after one September in college. That's a rough season, man.

Yeah, well that's just like one grown ass man's opinion about a teenage athlete's season, man.

Pretty rare for ND to go against Arkansas for a recruit. Had that lineman about three years ago, but that's the only one I remember.

Loy's story today has Jagusah at Michigan today with ND on the 19th. Not ideal.
That has been the plan the entire time. He announced his OV schedule a long time ago.

It’s ideal because he starts his 3 day OV at ND the day he leaves UM, thus giving ND the chance to immediately erase any feelings he had for Michigan.

He is expected to make his decision at the end of the month, so ND will have the last impression after Michigan before he does.

On3, for all their faults, has him listed as the #7 recruit in the country and #1 OT. I certainly think he's a top 50 player on upside alone.

Think we tend to understate what an awesome and important get this would be since we are so used to crushing it with OL recruiting.

What’s the weather in Michigan today? Hopefully he can get past the image of Harbaugh shirtless in Khakis.

Singer says Jagusah just informed him that his ND OV is actually now Saturday to Monday, not Sunday to Tuesday.

That’s interesting for two reasons:
1) Why is he talking to Singer about ND while on his UM OV.
2) Does that mean he is cutting his UM OV short to get to ND sooner?

I'm guessing he wants to get to campus and recruit some of his future teammates?

If on3 has him at 7 overall he would be the highest ranked ND recruit since…

A Michigan fan, who lives in the same area as Jagusah (according to the fan), says that Jagusah has already prepared a commitment video (to ND) and he expects him to announce late next week.

Don’t know if true or not, but it seems plausible.
