Shawn on the Irish breakdown podcast today said that Keeley, who cut off communication with the 23 class two weeks prior to decommitting, has started talking to recruits again since the Clemson game. Still doesn't think our chances are good but made it sound like they are not zero anymore. Also said if we beat USC it will probably improve more.
On the Bill King show today he was talking about Saban. He said this is the first time he ever looked at him and thought maybe he is getting near the end. Physically, he just looked different. Plus Bama didn't look good. Not to take anything away from LSU/Kelly, but Bama just didn't look like a top 10 team.

So that could also be playing a role. Who knows.

Heavy doubt but man I'd welcome him back with fireworks and streamers. His decommitment was such a gut punch.

Bama is going to be even worse next year (on paper). They're losing Bryce, Gibbs, 3/5 of their OL, and at least 7 starters on Defense.

I'll believe it when I see it. He appears to only interact with OSU and Bama content on twitter.

Ohio State will have a couple good losses. We can be the team (after Georgia) that ends this season as the hottest going into next year. Not sure how many spots we have left to recruit to but we need to leave at least one open for a QB if not two (one portal one recruit).

My brother is an OSU fan and he was less than thrilled with how Sawyer is playing, who came in as a top 10 recruit if IIRC

Jermaine Burton and Eli Ricks sure helped on Saturday
i am not saying its going to work out perfect for the Tide. Just saying any apparent holes in the roster today arent likely holes in the roster come kick off 2023 season.

You mean Dasan McCullough who was going to tOSU until his Dad returned to IU to play LB,who's position coach was Al Washington.

If he hits the portal then ND needs to be all over him. If he was willing to give up tOSU for IU to follow hisby the Dad then it seems quite logical that he would do it again let alone to be coached by the position coach he was originally comfortable with.

Not only that but I’m sure waiting can be lucrative with programs willing to pay just to visit. Then the highest bidder scenario comes in.
I wonder if Dumbo Fisher has as much Texas A&M cash to flaunt ever since his current shitshow of a season is going on? They may not be as generous to cough up big NIL money for him without getting some "payback" w/ big wins!?!

ND would be foolish not to keep after him, especially after the momentum from the Clemson win. The odds are slim, but it’s something they have to do.

Yea unless there's way too much more to the story you gotta at least kick the tires.
