Family was impressed with the entire ND program. Freeman thinks BK did a great job with the family as well. Moss is at Alabama for an unofficial, with ASU up next for an OV and he will likely take his remaining 2 OVs in the fall.

ND is obviously being successful in implementing the plan/strategy they put in place for recruiting. The one thing I was wondering is why there was so much focus on summer OV's vs getting kids on campus for game day atmosphere.

I think most on this site have always thought that's where we really hold an advantage on some teams we are up against.

Is it just the timing of when these kids are making their decisions?

Is it, "this is the first real open period weve had in 2 years", so load it up?

Do they think any uncertainty of attendance at games would diminish the game day atmostphere compared to SEC schools?

I think it has to be this. Every school in the country is having big official visit weekends, every weekend in June. You tell a kid to wait to visit until the fall, they might be verballed elsewhere by then.

I think this is where we've been lacking. The difference between a top 5 and top 10 class can rest on BK's involvement.
