I really want Mr. Kollie at ND, I’m sure it’s a mutual feeling with most of you. I think it’s pretty important that we get someone who connects with these kids similarly to Lea. The sooner the better in my opinion, to help retain our commits.

To be fair, ESD is tomorrow. There is a 0% chance we're hiring anybody new between now and then. The best shot we got is what we are already doing and that is connecting him with BK, Polian, and NL.

Well that’s a plus, I hadn’t kept up with who’s signing early. Didn’t even realize it’s already upon us. I’ll be paying close attention tomorrow for sure.

Not to defend Loy, but Kollie really did have to think a little more with news of Lea leaving, based on other things that have been printed. Glad he stuck with ND, tho'.
