Similar to Khalid Kareem it was, throw the pounds on him and then work them off. He actually started the cut last season. Go back a page and he's been making that weight look good for awhile now.

I’ll give Washington props if Onye is a beast this year. I thought almost every dlinemen regressed some last year.

Washington is crucial as a coach this year to our success. Need a few young players that really haven’t played to bust out and make plays, not just take snaps.

I didn't remember that, thanks for the reminder. So he played his soph/jr year of high school? Missed his covid/senior year and has now been on campus for going on his 3rd year? Makes a lot of sense a Rhode Island player who didn't play a lot of football in high school would take some time to develop.

Yikes, hope he can go. It was good that Rubio got some burn last week. Hopefully he didn't have any setback. Foot injuries for 300 lb dudes are tricky.
