If he does not produce with the o-line put him in charge of recruiting. Has he coached special teams before?

With offers on the table from Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, Penn State and so many others, did he actually feel like he could have committed this weekend and shut down the process completely? While he would never do that without his parents stepping foot on campus or telling them beforehand, he admitted that it crossed his mind.

"Honestly, yeah. I had that feeling a couple of times,” said Tengwall, when asked if he ever felt like committing during the visit.

Some are down on Quinn because of last year's OL performance but he's recruiting like no other right now. I'll bet he gets it turned around this year, plus who would've killed it coming in after HH and then losing Q, McG and Bars?

He's developed a lot of pro talent in his day at non-traditional NFL feeders:

Joe Staley
Jason Kelce
Jeff Linkenbach
Trevor Canfield
Eric Ghiaciuc among others
+ TE's
Brent Celek
Travis Kelce

And if he can get Khalil Mack to pick up the phone he might be Lea and Elston's secret weapon.

All of this please. All of it. His recruiting is going to make him look like a great coach but hopefully we also see a huge leap this fall.

Tengwall is obviously an incredible talent, really hope he joins the '21 class and helps recruit other elite players. It's always helpful to have elite players on board early, or so I think.

Brian Dohn with the CB for the Irish today. Dohn is about as accurate as they come, especially with kids from PA, MD, and NJ.

Pretty simple. He's openly telling everyone ND leads and still do after his PSU visit. However, he continues to state that he's not making a decision anytime soon. So only time will tell.

Is there a date set for his return to campus with the family? Seems the kid is sold on us but mom always has to give the blessing

Coach Quinn stopped Good Counsel a few weeks back to see him and they discussed Landon coming back out in mid-June. I don’t think an exact date is set but I’m pretty sure it’ll happen then.
