Pretty happy with Tyler and Blake. Among best in country.
Name ONE thing you actually get excited about. I have yet to see it.
We have the 9th best class in the country with only 10 commits. If our recruiting is hot garbage than a lot of schools should probably shut down their programs as they are below hot garbage. It’s so bad, what do you even call that? Shutting it down seems like the only solution.
Like I said, our current class is good and the #9 ranking is warranted. But I think there is/was room for this to be a top 5 class. The way recruiting is going right now, I think #9 is the ceiling. We all know that the current makeup of the team is good for 10 wins, but we need to get over that hump. Guys like Buchner, Shipley, and Colzie are the players who will do that.
So, 'hot garbage' seems appropriate, lol. It's like the kid that doesn't get candy before dinner. Worst parents ever!
I've said for months that there are some very valid reasons to be frustrated about recruiting but I think we can do a better job of articulating our feelings versus using hyperbole that doesn't even come close to describing the current state of affairs.
There was to be a flip. Either Johnson or Tengwall I would imagineBounds is a complete unknown, he may not make a decision until well into the season if it opens up where he can take OV's. They need to expand the board a LOT more.
I see a flip here.

LT at Auburn... fight for an OG spot at ND if Blake wants to play OT
Sometimes you need to make a decision that's best for you
It is hard for me to get excited about grad transfers considering the low success rate the staff has with them.
I really like our class, but the class has a chance to better.
Canteen? He's the only grad transfer I can think of who didn't seem to provide much help depthwise.
Riggs started and was an important piece for us.
Otherwise, what other grad transfers have we had? I genuinely can't recall.

What’s the smoke?
Lot of discussion elsewhere that Notre Dame is trying to flip two OL committed elsewhere. Johnson is the obvious choice, he's always been open about ND still recruiting him.
What about Rucci, Tengwall, or Dellinger?
