It’s just so damn good that he played well to get them back in it only to come crashing back down because he’s still Drew Allar. So so so good

Honestly nothing against him but he plays in front of those fans so, collateral damage

Lose on an Allar pick in the semis, play the Sisters of the poor 3 straight weeks to get the hype train at full steam, Finally play someone with a pulse and Lose on another Allar Pick.

This loss is going to be pretty tough for PSU and especially Allar to recover from for a long time. Not saying that PSU is totally done this year but this could be a season ending loss from a confidence/mindset perspective.

UCLA and Northwestern the next two weeks

Literally the easiest schedule in the country in 5 of the first 6 games

This is also THE year for PSU, and they don’t have the depth / $$$ to just reload. They just got soundly outplayed at home (just look at the yards). Brutal feeling.

Never really understood why this was their year. Sure they have Allar back. But they feasted on a soft schedule last year and their two best players graduated. They're fine, and should make the playoffs, but the top three hype never made sense to me.

It was a snooze fest, I mean Bama got shut out second half and Georgia sat at 21 for the last 1.5 quarters. Kirby should have taken the points to tie it when they had the chance
Yeah not sure why they went for it on that fourth down when they could have easily kicked a field goal to tie, and they tried tempo and screwed it up.

I think UGA felt they had the momentum, our D was tired, and Kirby was playing for the win. Just didn't work out. I think kicking the 3 was probably the better move, though.

It's not about the schedule. It's about Franklin and Allar continuing to lose big games. They needed this game more than Oregon and they blew it after an impressive comeback attempt. They expect to lose and ultimately do in the big ones.
