The AFC Championship was painful. People who enjoy watching games like that in "football weather" are either stupid or saying what they think people want to hear. That second half was a total slog, which made Denver continuing to throw the ball even more perplexing. There was nothing enjoyable about that.

I wonder if Josh Allen had any kind of influence, whatever the level, on them hiring Brady. On the surface, it doesn't really seem like anything gets solved here.

Joe Brady won the Broyles Award in 2019. Now in 2026 at 36 he's an NFL head coach. Pretty remarkable stuff.
