I dislike Mahomes because a lot of his stuff feels like bullshit when you're watching him live and so it just annoys me from a defensive perspective. Since he's probably going to end up with one of the best careers ever, I know I'm going to see highlights of this bullshit until the day I die and I'm already annoyed by it.

Also the fit of his helmet is terrible and is also is going annoy me until the day I die. Looks like a midget conehead running in circles out there.
I dislike Mahomes because he's one of the whiniest players in the NFL, and he benefits from very generous officiating more often than not. Bosa being put in a sleeper hold while Mahomes scans the field for Tyreek Hill a few years back comes to mind. But really, I just immediately disliked him because of the entirely media created narrative that he was in the GOAT conversations after winning his first Super Bowl. That's not his fault, but them's the breaks.

Forgot to add: the endless commercials. Dude is corny and sounds like Kermit the Frog, please keep him off my television screen.

The first drive of the game, that offensive PI on 4th and 2 set me off. I was going for the Eagles from that point forward.

They got the unnecessary roughness make up call on the following drive.

History was on Eagles' side. That and two massive lines on both sides of the ball. That's how you stop history being made. Giants did it to the Patriots.

Okay, now I get it.

So what does the crowd here think of Tom Brady as the lead analyst?

My two cents is you could have got his generic nothingness for about 30 million less but its not my money. Other guys are better including Greg Olson who I think they pushed down to make room for him.

I don't watch much NFL anymore, but I would agree with you in my limited viewing that Greg Olson is much better than Brady. Brady was OK - He wasn't annoying like many analysts can be, but he didn't really give a lot of analytics on why the Eagles totally destroyed Mahomes. That was the whole story of the game.

Having the most talent is fun. This must be what OSU feels like every year.

Brady is a little stiff, but he got better as the year went on. I think by next year he'll be more acclimated, and could really shine. When you see him in interviews and stuff, you can tell the man is a savant. He's able to break down the game, and speak with passion, it just hasn't fully translated to the booth yet.

I don’t understand why he even cares to do it? I’d be golfing a relaxing 24/7 if I was set for life like him.

I think he's getting better. He's absolutely not worth what he gets paid and I liked Greg Olson better.

Because he's Tom Brady. Listen to him talk sometime. Dude is a junkie.
Exactly, he can't give it up. He's wired the way he is and it's why he was the GOAT. I guess that doesn't just switch off after he retires.

They used one of the picks to make others moves leading to the four players.
Yeah, I just think it’s a stretch. Saw people comparing it to the Hershel Walker trade. Either way, it shows what an excellent job Philly has done in drafting and acquiring talent.
