How many teams go undefeated playing Ohio State’ schedule? Easily ND, Bama, Clemson. I think Georgia, Florida, and A&M also. Who else?

Cinci, probably Coastal Carolina and BYU, UNC/Miami/Oklahoma allow would’ve had a good chance at 6-0 and been favored in every game. If every team played Ohio State’s schedule, we’d have at least 8 undefeated teams. At least.

Watching NW bleed this game away with poor play after poor play feels exactly 100 Michigan games I've watched over the years... Where a nobody is beating Michigan but they slowly unravel and what would otherwise be an embarrassing loss is a close victory that no one thinks twice about.

Whether OSU finishes this one out or not....They 1000% do not deserve a spot in the CFB playoff. It will be an absolute joke if the committee still puts them in.

Though they won by 3 scores, Texas A&M didn't exactly look great...I think the final 4 is set, save for us beating Clemson and the committee passing Alabama straight to the final by placing Texas A&M in the 4th spot.

This iteration of Ohio State - missing 22 guys and only having success running the ball against an untalented NW team - would get blown out by ND. They’ll definitely be better at full strength, but they are clearly VERY overrated based upon over-hype of the NFL talent on their roster.

You just know the CFP Committee is going to “factor” in their COVID losses and cut them slack. No question in my mind.

yup, final 4 is set unless we totally get blown out.
IMO, if we lose by less than 10, we're 3rd ( or should be). 11-20, 4th.
21 or more, than I'll be worried.
If we win though, Clemson vs TAMU will be at least interesting.

Yup. IMO, it's borderline. Herb said he'd put us in IIRC. IDK. I'm not going to worry regardless, because I'm not sure I'm ready for a game with Bama now. I almost would rather play a conference championship loser like FL or ISU, or even a team like Cinci. I'd be worried though playing Cinci (the idea of getting beat by a non-P5).

Wonder how all the folks (that diminished TL and the few on D being gone) are feeling now. Lawrence made it look easy. Their front 7 abused our OL regularly.

Narrative wise, this is setting up as poorly as I can imagine for a ND-Alabama matchup.

Alabama is showing a lot of vulnerabilities on defense. The problem is that they are vulnerabilities that I am not confident ND can exploit. Florida can because they have Trask and a great passing attack. ND's passing attack is not great. If ND gives up big plays to Smith and Metchie and co. I'm not optimistic they can regroup and get the quick strikes needed to keep it competitive.
