PU/VA is interesting. Edwards playing lights out again. VA did a great job coming back at the end of half.

TTU is so much better than I thought. Props for those couple who had the in the FF.

Agree with you on Texas Tech. I hadn’t watched much if any at all college basketball this season. so I had no idea how good Tech is.

I've watched plenty of ACC and Big10, but not much of anything else. TTU's D is for real.

Yeah Texas Tech Defense is ferocious.

The second thing I learned in this tournament, well it actually began for me in SEC championship game is how good Auburn. You always know that Bruce Pearl team will be super athletic and play fast. But this Auburn team can also shoot the 3 ball lights out and are a decent rebounding team. Just horrible for them that Chuma Okeke tore his ACL.

Edwards for Purdue is absolutely going ham. This is turning into possibly a classic end of the game.

Don't watch a lot of the SEC, but hear a bunch... constantly...
Got a bud that's a huge Auburn fan and he's happy as hell to have Pearl. My TN bud hates he doesn't have Pearl. Pearl is a great guy. Hate what happened to him.

Come on Boilers!!

This Edwards kid is Superman.

Is he a legit NBA prospect?

This might be the best game I have seen in this tournament.

Wow, what a rough play call. Don't you have to have an abort option on that if Virginia isn't looking to jump Edwards? Just go and rise up over him.

I honestly think the refs have called this game pretty even.

Some close ones, but that push was blatant. Horrible no call.

This might be the best game I have seen in this tournament.

The 2 Duke near losses were good, but this was crazy good.

He had to time to run himself and shoot, and perhaps draw a 3pt foul.

True about the last two Duke games. But what was different about this game was that there was a last second shot that was actually made

Tied for second in our group, but there is no way I don't drop though. UNC and FSU/Michigan really boned me.

Great day when UK loses. Greater day when you have Auburn in the Final Four.

How I wish I didn't have Duke in the title game, cuz there's few things in my sports world that would match UK & Duke getting bounced back to back.

I think Edwards can play in the NBA. He’s got strength, lift, quickness and range. He needs to work some on ball handling but he’ll get an opportunity to make a team. Named outstanding player of the regional.

Love it when Duke, UK, UNC and KU are gone.

Duke and UK going down made my week. Wish VA had gone down in the worst way.

Really underestimated Auburn and TTU. And MSU... thought they'd go down early. Get swept by IU, but get to the FF is still a head scratcher for me.

With Duke and Kentucky going down I’m drawing dead.

It seems like most of the group is drawing dead now though.

I believe Chad Flenderman has the only bracket where the champion picked is still alive in the whole group.

Some teams just have other teams numbers. Izzo always has his team playing great in the tourney, so I wasn't surprised the made it to the FF. I think our root for UVA to win. I like Bennet. I've always thought Painter was a pretty good coach, but watching Purdue more this year I think he's very underrated.

Not true, he's had some early exits ala 2011, 2012, 2016, 2017. 2018

I'll agree on 15,16 & 17, but IMO and it's just mine, making it to the Sweet 16 isn't an early exit. There's so much parity and balance today, if you're not Duke or UK where you can land 4-5 elite players year in and year out getting to the Sweet 16 is not an easy task.

2011-12 Sweet 16
2012-13 Sweet 16
2013-14 Elite 8
2014-15 Final Four
2015-16 1st round
2016-17 2nd round
2017-18 2nd round
2018-19 Final Four

One thing to note about Izzo is that he rarely gets the one & done guys. He did in Miles Bridges (who actually decided to stay a second year) and with Jaren Jackson Jr. These were the guys they leaned on in the 2017 and 2018 tourneys instead of his usual four year guys (with the occasional three year guy laving early). So other than the 2016 first round shocker, when he relies on his veterans, they have gotten him to the final four about every four years.
