THIS! I’m all in on Gordon and his story,... Dez would be completely unneeded if Flash comes back. I’m ready for CleveLAND, Flash and Callaway as the core, Higgy Duke and Louis are fine rounding the group off imo. I’ll be honest too in that I can’t stand Dez

Nah, they have TY and signed Ryan Grant who has been catching everything thrown to him. Definitely weren't tying their season to him, just ...... I thought Cain would be a clear 3 and maybe fight Grant for 2. Shit happens. Cain should not have been a 6th rounder. Most thought he was 2nd or 3rd early. He was such a great bargain.

Great bargain for sure. Whenver something like this happens, I try to remember that Michael Irvin tore his ACL his rookie year in 1988.

I thought Irvin tore his ACL in year 2? IIRC he talked about it last year comparing somebody else's injury. The good thing, and what Irvin pointed out as well, is that ACL injuries today are not near as bad as the same injury 20 years ago. Fingers crossed.

The others that were drafted look to be doing well, so I'll try to stay positive. I'm just happy Luck is back. If he's really healed and back at full force, they have a puncher's chance in just about any game. I'm sure they'll get crushed early in the year on the road to NE and Philly, but aside from that

Flash released a statement about coming back today... fandom is funny. I’ve had knuckleheads on my teams before and was typically relieved when they left. This kid has all kinds of drama and baggage but maybe it’s the excessive time and massive price he’s had to pay in comparison to others in the league because I’ve rarely rooted for someone else’s (public figure) redemption this hard. I’m really hoping this kid gets it right and sorted out.
