Antonneous Clayton said that he's in no rush to make a decision, and that he's open to all schools, including Notre Dame
"It's big," Clayton said. "Notre Dame is one of the schools where you can get a degree and make something like $100,000 a year. That's something that I like to know … They said that they are going to take four defensive ends and that they really want me in the class." - See more at: https://notredame.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1767823#sthash.om89y7oJ.dpuf
"I'm going to be there in June," Clayton said. "I'm not sure on the exact date, because my schedule is busy, but [I want to make] the trip." - See more at: https://notredame.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1767823#sthash.om89y7oJ.dpuf
"I don't really care where I play football, I'm just looking for the right school," Clayton said.

checked into the Atlanta Nike Football Combine at 6-3.5 215 pounds back on March 21. He posted a SPARQ score of 97.17 after clocking a time of 4.75 40-yard dash and added a 35.1-inch vertical jump.
cousin is Montravius Adams auburn
That dudes ripped, how is he suppose to add 50lbs n become a DE?
Elston will be in to see Boulder Co. DE Carlo Kemp. Highly rated as the #7 WDE by rivals. Apparently the nephew of Indianapolis Colts coach Chuck Pagano.
Scout: Another name ND may be close to offering is Chase Claypool. Canadian, 6'5, 212# OLB (also plays WR)
Kiante Enis also got a visit from Elston. A in state 3 star running back. The talent level apparently isnt that good but he did impress.
Plays at a rival school to the one I coach at. Was leading the nation last year in rushing yards & rushing yards per game. Believe his father played college ball. Is known to have a very high vertical and was just offered by MSU and Michigan after running a 10.53 100 meter dash, the fastest time in Indiana.
I assume an nd offer should come?
I can't comment on that. Not sure I've heard enough about him to determine whether he would be a good fit here.
He's a actually Curtis Enis' nephew. Curtis is from just across the state line in Union City. My college roommate is from Union City also and lives a couple houses down from him. He said Kiante is much slimmer than Curtis was. I knew he was fast but 10.5 is hauling the mail. I assume he plays 1A or 2A so he isn't tested. He was leading the nation in running last year at some point. I see he's shot up the rankings. He's at #8 in IND now. I wrote up a profile on him a while back and he was in the upper teens then. I'll have to post it Sunday when I'm watching the race.
Nigel Edmonds 4star corner committed to Stanford offered today..#10corner overall
.also I should have the list updated tomorrow
Wait until Irish Invasion comes and goes. We should pick up a couple and then get quiet again.I know that this is going to be a smaller class...but I wanna go "boom" soon. Not feeling anyone is close. May always seems slow as school comes to a close.
Nygel Edmonds
"Coach [Todd] Lyght called me today, we've been talking a lot the last couple of days and he visited the school a couple weeks ago," Edmonds said. "We finally had time to talk in detail today and he said he wanted to make my offer official. They know I'm committed to Stanford, but I told him I was very hyped about it.
"They've been recruiting me for a while, probably for maybe half a year. I've always felt like there was a strong connection there, but at the same time it would seem like they were very close to offering me and then they never would. But once they offered me today, he explained how they have to go through a very thorough process with the offers to get the best athletes in the school, so at the end of the day I was hyped about it."
I'm glad he was more excited then the majority of recruits who had to wait for offers but the thing that sticks out to me is the lack of communication up front from the coaches as to why they haven't offered. They seem unwilling to tell recruits that "While we are reviewing you athletically we also need to do our homework on you academically to make sure it's a fit for all involved." I mean they gotta be saying that to kids right?
A lot recruits have seemed to just get pissed off and felt slighted that they had to wait and they say things in interviews that suggest they have idea why ND waited so long to offer. Got to be better communication from the beginning about the offering process.
Boulder Co. DE Carlo Kemp will be getting his visit today. It sounds like an offer is expected and we'd likely take the lead position. He grew up cheering for ND and OSU (OSU is full at DE) and his uncle is Chuck Pagano (HC for the Colts).
I'd like that offer.
