BGIF did win in 2012. Phammer won last year of course. I don't think there were any other previous award winners.

I think a minimum 5 year membership should be a stipulation. Whoever wins will be with rare company.

I want to vote Whiskey as I think he is the best poster during my time on the site, but this rule knocks him out of the race.

It's not a rule, i don't think there are any rules, but in my opinion it should be a long time poster. BGIF, Phammer, and Goshen were/are all big contributors to the site that have been around for awhile.
