I've always feared the... 'You'll be the next Chase Winovich' pitch. Easy to see and relate to.

IF ND really feels he's a long term Drop then he's a must get and they can't lose him. If he's another SDE, then they will be ok. But he's gonna be a 5* (he's a 5* on my list)... it'd be nice to stack em deep regardless if recruiting at the position is in good shape or not.

Taking a lot of visits to narrow his decisions down, but I think ND is the best fit.

With visits still to go, I think it's early to say he gone but this certainly isn't in our favor currently. Both ISD and 247 have mentioned depth chart as something Braiden is following closely. And I wonder if Ehrensberger and Foskey committing, within a week of each other, has something to do with this.

I'd certainly be disappointed to lose him to UM. But not sure how much exactly. It all depends on how the class finishes up. Some decent options on the board. Xavier Carlton, Jay Hardy, and Deontae Craig. None I like as much as Braiden but the DL class grade will still be quite good if we land guys left on the board.

Yeah if he is competing against Foskey and Nana that may make him reconsider, however Elston rotates dudes pretty well so I feel like that isn't an excuse.

I think the 2020 roster sets up to have Michigan with the better upperclassmen and Notre Dame with maybe the better young talent, but it is close. If he is looking at depth charts and playing time then how about Rashan Gary & Chase Winovich played a ton and didn't rotate much whereas Mike Elston and ND rotate a ton at DE and use 5-6 guys per game some times. If he's looking for earlier playing time, I think McGregor probably sees it at ND.

Neither do I and I'm not sure I like the OV being that far in advance of his decision (expected in the summer). Kind of has me thinking the strategy is to go all out now in hopes of grabbing momentum and if that doesn't work, more time to recruit other options.
