I've never done a 180 on a recruit like I have w/ McGregor. This guy is a physical beast. If you told me I could have him or Bryan Breese right now (for the Irish), I'd take McGregor.

It may have been on Clemson, which could be bad news given all the recent Michigan CBs. His OV with Aidan and Rylie Mills is going to be huge. We need to pull out all the stops.

For future reference to know what his CB looks like. Not a great look to get a Michigan CB the day he arrives on ND's campus. I think we'll see some movement after this weekend with Loy & Sinclair either moving away from ND or some analysts showing ND is making a move. Hoping for the latter.

FWIW, there are some differing opinions on where the family wants him at. Those that are “hearing” ND still like ND. And those that are hearing UM think it’s UM. Not sure if it will come down to that but it seems to be coming up a lot.

Not sure that matters now, but it could in the future. He's definitely a prospect I'd continue to recruit. With that said, I'd bet they keep him around at 9-3. Now, if they go 8-4 or worse, then it could get ugly.

Hairballs intensity wears on people with time. I would suspect the AD as well. With Urban out at OSU and Go Blue 3.0 on offense November could get weird if they have a couple of losses (especially to an upstart ND squad). Port Huron is Michigan like Muskegon is State

I think Urban leaving OSU ups the pressure on Harbaugh to actually finally live up to the hype at Michigan. And they lose a lot of ballplayers on defense. Much rides on this new OC.

I didn't get a great vibe from the 24/7 article. He said the right things, but it sounds like we're still just on par with his other top schools and they've still got officials and unofficial visits to pull away.

This is where I'm at. According to some, if he chose today he'd be Irish. But we're out of opportunities and Michigan still has their hand to play.
