Does not help our chances now that Alabama offered right after our visit.
A couple of write-ups on both Ohio State and Notre Dame's visits. I think ND did well for itself this weekend, but the "good vibes" at Ohio State might win out. From a reading perspective it seems like ND won this weekend in terms of visits, but recruits rarely give away where they are heading based on an interview right after a visit. I think we'll see some more accurate results of this visit in the next few days.
Do they only do this to point out how many good offers they have?
Also is for people who still don't know where they want to go, but don't want 30+ coaching staffs offering them and communicating with them. 14 is a lot, but more manageable to figure where he wants to go. Most kids however, it is them boosting their own ego.
I don’t think it has anything to do with getting others coaches to back off. Regardless, going from an ND OSU battle to top 14 probably means its time to turn the page.
I think that would be a huge mistake. If he’s still at a top 14, there’s a long way to go. He’s an absolute stud and should be recruited all the way to the end. Until he tells the coaches to stop calling him I’d be calling him.
LSU analyst Billy Embody CB'd Ransom to Baton Rouge.
He OV'd to LSU last weekend.

Damn, he was my hope for a highly ranked safety.
I'm tempted to say we need ransom this cycle if we want to hit on a high ceiling, low floor safety. Maybe I'm forgetting some players?

reps to both of you, had no idea we were in play for so many guys.
From Blair Angulo's (west coast 247 analyst) interaction with him at his showcase last night, he seemed to think it did.
