Those 2 long throws were terrible!!!
those last two throws didn't even give his guys a chance.
should have left the backup in who is a better passer.
He's literally done nothing the entire 2nd half though. People were slobbering all over him while Clemson was playing like ass. He's going 3 and out now.
Phil's backup has as many completions as Phil has this 2nd half lol
Clock struck midnight. I stand by my earlier statements. Let’s see if our offense gets 3 TDs next week.
Can any smart folks tell me how that is grounding? There is literally an eligible guy right there? Isn't it a legal throw if you have a guy even relatively nearby?

I hope we score at least 3TDs next week, but there's no way Clemson comes in and sleep walks through the first half like they did today. Plus if their backup plays he now has a full game of experience under his belt, he finished the game very strong.

Doesn't matter. Lawrence will 100% be the QB for Clemson next week.I think our D is a big step from BC though. The 1 game experience will certainly help him, but it's still a big step up in talent.

Jurkovec was on fire in the first half. Even with a stinker in the second half he finished with an 85 QBR against Clemson. That’s the best anyone has done against them in a long time. If Book plays at that level next week, ND probably wins.
I wonder what his QBR rating would have been without those two TD receivers acting like supermen on those "hopeful" passes?
... and to folks thinking that BC stinks everywhere but QB, they have a very good looking defense with some excellent individuals, and several of their offensive pieces are good. (especially the receiving corps.)

I wonder what Book's QBR would be if he gave his WRs chances to make plays more than 5 yards down field once in a while.
