If he had committed to Ohio State, he'd still be atop 10 player. No italics. Literally nothing changed in his film from a year ago when he played. He goes to a camp and because a few amateur "scouts" don't like his throwing motion he gets knocked... fine. You can have your camp all-stars like Shane Morris, I'll take the guys who produce in games and show special traits.
I decided to re-watch his highlights just now. His throwing motion is a little different. It's kind of a shot put style throw. But it's really not a bad motion at all. He gets the ball high, to his ear, and then zips it. It isn't like he has a slow motion like a lot of others have in high school.
There really should be no reason to knock him for this throwing motion in my opinion. In fact, I wish my QBs I'm coaching had this "problem" than the hitches they have in their mechanics.
