Jayson Ademilola
Ademilola has come a long way and has steadily risen up the rankings. The Notre Dame signee was very active throughout the week and continued to show improved and more effective hand techniques. The way Ademilola chased down ball carriers and made plays from the back side is something that the Notre Dame staff will find very useful.

One of 10 STOCK UP. None of the 5 ND signees were on the list of 5 STOCK DOWN.

We are in a good spot with DT depth going forward. With Tillery and Bonner coming back, we have really good visibility for the forseeable future.

Lacey/(insert 1 or 2 studs)

No more eligibility gaps in the middle of the DL or relying on freshman to play too many snaps. It will be quality upperclassmen handing the reigns to the next quality upperclassmen.

He could potentially take some snaps as an SDE, it'd certainly help stuff the run. I'd be shocked if Ademilola takes a RS. He's been on the short list of impact players for a number of services and he was noted as a standout at bowl practices.

He'll certainly have to earn PT given our roster is finally well-stocked but I wouldn't even call it a long shot yet.

Tillery, Bonner, MTA, Hinish, Ewell are the only ones in his way.


And I really hope Ewell take a massive leap after a year in the program. He should have the strength to compete with Bonner.

Elston's press conference was probably the best one of all the coaches in my opinion. He just seems like a genuinely good guy. I can't imagine him not getting a HC job soon. I wish the reporters would have asked more about Ewell though since he's the big unknown here.

It's great to hear that Justin has a big chip on his shoulder from Jayson getting all the attention. Hopefully both can be big contributors down the line.

Yes. When asked about his availability this week, Kelly said

He’s doing fabulous. He’s doing all of the things necessary to get himself back. He won’t be back this week, but we’re on track to have him back for Wake Forest.

He will be 5.5 weeks out from surgery by the Clemson game.
