Wilson and Ruiz are clearly the #1 guys at their board. Center and tackle are the biggest needs on the depth chart. And I'd say both of those guys are probably very heavy Michigan leans. It's recruiting- anything can and will happen- but those guys are probably at the top of the board and both Michigan leans. After that, it's anybodies guess.

Slaton is a phenomenal guard prospect- he doesn't have the grades. Probably won't have them. That's why he's not a Michigan commit right now IMO. He was obsessed with Michigan very early on- they were clear cut, far and away #1. His older brother goes to Eastern or Western Michigan- something like- I forget. And I know he wanted to be closer to his brother.

I know Drevno loved Hoingford and Steuber. They don't sign these guys simply based on where they are ranked. I think Herbert and Hall are in more danger of getting pushed out- and they are higher rated. Hall hasn't progressed like he should've and Herbert just isn't that good to be honest IMO. And his frame is small. His teammate Slaton is 5x the OL prospect. Slaton is a freak of nature and a beast.

This was an extremely necessary addition. We really needed another OT in this class. This positive recruiting momentum is... interesting...
