"I actually had been telling my coaches that I was interested in Notre Dame so they got in contact with [associate head coach Mike Denbrock] for me," Echols said. "He said that he just had to check everything out with the defensive coordinator and then I was offered."

"It's a real big for me," he added. "My favorite player is Jaylon Smith and he was really good at Notre Dame, so its big."

Graham is a complete free agent. Him and Carr committed too early and instead of backing out, (which they originally did for a day) they latched onto the "Soft Verbal" phrase which is the official way to say, "You lead so save me a spot while I check out 5 other schools".

Totally agree. This kid reeks of an ND-RKG. I wish they would offer his teammate Jamire Calvin, he wants the offer and possibly a roommate in South Bend. As of now, they are part of the Calibraska group.
