I really became enamored with recruiting this kid. I like everything I have heard about him. Especially the impression he has made on folks.
I am going to be watching this kid. Would really like to celebrate getting a highly ranked kids with a good head on his shoulders from California.

I'm sure this gave staff a huge sigh of relief and something to build on. Although 247 bumped him to 230, this kids highlight film screams top 200 player all day IMO. His mature physique, elite smarts, versatility, ceiling and great intangibles will prove to be very valuable. I think this kid will start at SS and be great in coverage and a great hitter. I bet he passes Jalen in his sophomore season for starting SS

No. Jalen Elliott is going to be an outstanding player. Genmark is a perfect fit in Elko's scheme as a rover.

247- New article re interview with JGH. JGH stated he gave Elko/Lyght his silent verbal commitment at his in home on Tuesday then called Kelly that night and told him. Kelly was yelling in excitement over the phone.
JGH said he always felt he end up at ND. He sort of decided before he visited. Studtill, his host, played a big part in landing him.

Like others have mentioned they are being recruited for different positions, but overall I do like Owusu more.

Different positions like said before, but Koon, it's alright to really like Jordan as a prospect. I absolutely love him. I also really love how the new staff (Elko & Lea) glows about Owusu. The seem to think the sky is the limit for him PARTICULARLY in their Rover position. You can see for yourself in the below video if you haven't already watched it:

I think Jordan got kudo's as well. Multiplicity (multi-dimensional), athleticism for size, high football IQ, and hold on, in the middle Elko called him the right kind of guy!

This kid just started playing as a freshman in high school. This kid is a fast, quick 200 lb safety, as a senior in high school!
Both these kids are awesome.
I think the program is very high on both. With Jeremiah, I think they further wanted to point out that A) what a rover was, and B) he is exactly what the want a rover to be.
