ESB was his host. Will re-evaluate. No decision date set.

Said it gave him a lot to think about. That he needs to focus on life after football. That he can definitely see himself at ND. Sounded more than positive.

Said the visit exceeded expectations and he was blown away by the academics

Some of you guys are getting carried away with the source issue. He quoted the source and then answered questions in preceding posts that others asked. If you read through the thread you will see that. Shouldn't have to cite the source every single post when you can see it is a continuation of the discussion.

However you all think or feel about it is irrelevant. Due to legal issues raised by these very people you are not quoting or giving credit to, this site requires proper citation or credit per the posting rules. You would be surprised who all has profiles on this forum. They have threatened legal action against the site before.

Agree 100% Cack and I definitely don't want to take away from that because many have abused a source's information. I'm just saying, if I make a post with the source and someone asks me to explain it a little more, I should be able to provide an explanation without reposting the source.

I hear you for sure. Well its not always obvious...as two different people raised concerns about the same post. It would be better to refer others your previous post or include "per my previous post" or something. I dont want anyone to get banned over this. Especially those who already have a ban for doing the same thing.

I maybe pulling at straws trying to make Harris a better prospect than he is. But he kind of reminds me of Bruce Irvin due to his size and speed.

If Harris signs with Notre Dame and only becomes a situational pass rusher, not an every down player, but get's 6-8 sacks a year I would be ecstatic.

Certainly a high upside guy. Very quick off the edge. But he's going to need some time in a college S&C program before he's an everydown player. Which we should be able to afford him with Daelin and Okwara in front of him.

I'll be pretty excited for the DL haul if we can pull Harris and Amosa. Increases the talent level of our DT's and gives us an edge rusher for the future.

I just watched his film again. If he commits to ND, we might be getting a kid who could turn into a serious pass rusher in the future. My god! he gets of the ball fast. Huge first step. Crazy long kid who has a huge radius.

I really hope we land him.

If distance was a factor, then it still is. Maybe not to the same degree as before, but it's still going to carry a lot of wait on the decision, unless mom sees the real difference in the degrees.

According to ISD, he's torn between the two schools. Decision should be coming today to inform each of the schools, but not sure if it will be made public.

I remember when my oldest son went to Purdue. They sent us a letter in the mail with some guidelines for transitioning to college life. It said not to come and visit during the first month. It said not to let them come home for the first month and not to answer the phone every time they called. lol

I don't see how it bodes well for Arizona. What "decision" does he need to make if he's already committed? I'm not saying he will go to Notre Dame, but I don't see how that is a negative update for ND. There aren't a lot of kids that just reaffirm their commitment to a school when they make an announcement.

Agree. He's already an AZ commit, so what's the risk in announcing AZ if that's where he's going? IMO He's sold on everything about ND except the distance and that's what he's trying to work out in his mind.
