Does he have a sister that runs track?
little brother Nick is a 3 star TE in the 2020 class. Was offered by SCUM recently but the rest of his offers are G5 and Dartmouth

Michigan doesn't need to offer his brother. They've already fooled Shea into being the 2nd string QB, by game 4, after he doesn't perform.
I think Patterson is still the best QB they have. That isn't saying much but Patterson can hurt you with his legs if you let him get outside. His arm is sufficient enough as long as he doesn't get pressure. Otherwise, he tucks and runs or starts making bad throws and forcing the ball. His dropoff against better teams last season was significant.
He had more proven WR talent at Ole Miss and played quite poorly against good competition in his first two seasons in Mississippi. Ian Book had WAY better numbers against LSU than Patterson did.
Look, I'm not saying we are going to roll these guys, and I'm not saying Shea Patterson isn't a good QB. Any former 5 star guy deserves respect. But I also don't get this blind fear about playing these guys week 1.
He is going to be starting his first game in a new system on the road in what should be a decently hype crowd with a 7:30PM Kickoff and a rivalry being renewed. Tarik Black and DPJ are still unproven commodities in my opinion, and they are going up against one of the best DBs in the country in Julian Love, and Troy Pride is faster than any of their speedy WRs you elude to.
I'm confident we will beat the Skunk Bears. I'm honestly more worried about Stanford, VT (mostly because of Lane Stadium) and USC than these guys.
Shea's TE brother committed to the Skunk Bears.
Shea Patterson's brother commits to Michigan Wolverines
lol they beat out some tough schools
Reportedly signed by the Chiefs as an UDFA.
He was 247’s #1 pro style QB and #3 overall.
Think about this, UM took the #1 QB in the 16’ class, paired him with the #1 WR from the 17’ class (for two seasons), and they ended up going UDFA (Patterson) and in the 6th rd (DPJ). Turrible
Chad Henne has been with KC since 2018, signing a two year contract then. He was on injured reserve for the first two months of last season. In this offseason, he signed another two year contract.
Patterson will compete with Jordan Ta'amu for third string QB. Ta'amu replaced Patterson at Ole Miss and last year played in the XFL. In Ta'amu's senior season at Ole Miss in 2018, he passed for 3,918 yards, 19 touchdowns and 8 interceptions. He also rushed for 342 yards and 6 touchdowns. He finished the season ranked second in SEC passing yards, behind Alabama's Tua Tagovailoa, who played in three more games.
In other ex-Michigan player news, Taco Charlton was signed by KC in a one year deal and will be in the DE rotation opposite Frank Clark.
KC keeps adding these scUM players. They looking to tank?
