Agreed. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the safeties looked a lot better once Gilman was starting.

Official time of 4.6 flat in the 40 yard dash. Which makes more sense because he was hauling during the dash. NFL networks radars were off or not calibrates correctly today. Even Deon Sanders and Jamal Adams on the field said that Gilman times looked faster than 4.67.

IMO I think Gilman get's drafted somewhere between rounds 5-7. His testing numbers were pretty good. He ran the fastest 20 yard shuffle for his position. And as noted above he is a leader and just a great human being overall.

NFL.com is higher on him than some. They rank him like 12ish among Ss. CBS ranks him low 20s. I think you're right, but wouldn't be surprised if someone grabbed him in the 4th. If he last till the 6th or 7th, I'd love the Colts to grab him even though S is not a big need. He checks the locker room box.
