Sorry to say it but he's not the type of back that the Colts have or need IMO. I wish him well and think he will do great things with the Eagles!

definitely not the type of back they have, but with their new OL look, i think Josh would fit in fine.

Actually had to play him this week in my dynasty IDP league. Very happy with the TD.

On the broadcast they mentioned how they found out he had a broken bone in his foot after the season when he was getting ready for the draft.

First of all, did ND doctor's miss that or did BK just keep the injury under wraps? Second, no wonder his production took a nose dive in the latter part of the season. Third, why didn't we play Dex more given that serious injury?

Wasn't Dex injured also? I mix up the times he's been injured or in the doghouse for missing blocks and/or off-the-field behaviors.

Wonder if he reaggravated it as he was last scene getting his foot/ankle taped on sideline and hasn’t reappeared. Great first half but hope he’s able to stay healthy.

EDIT: Looks like he’s back in the game!

Eagles are a shell of themselves on offense this year (let alone the defense). And part of that problem on O is they are not committed to running the ball. I do think that's (more than) partially thanks to the D not getting stops like they did last year and putting the O in a massive hole. They abandon the run pretty much every game. Great to see Josh have that nice TD run yesterday.

This. Adams is avg. 6.8, 6.7, and 7.2 yds/carry and they can't even get him more than 9 carries in a game. When he's proven to be able to make big/chunk runs.

Wentz isnt the dude he was last year either. His Int early on into double coverage was Nathan peterman level stuff

Think Adams looks significantly quicker than he did at ND. Still a North South runner but he has some wiggle that I don't remember him having last year.

Corey Clement is out the rest of the year. Adams will get the bulk of the carries the rest of the season. That is if the Eagles ever decide to run the ball.

They gave it to him 42 times against NYG and Wash. as it looked like they realized that balance might work, won both games. Then only 7 carries versus the Cowboys and 14 carries overall. Really hope he can continue to improve this season/offseason. Obviously I always love seeing ND guys ball out but he could be a really intriguing keeper on my fantasy team.

He was their featured back & played well but he got banged up and required shoulder surgery in the offseason IIRC. That may have likely set him back.

Had 11 runs and a TD today. Averaged 6.6 yards per carries for the year.

It’s ridiculous this guy doesn’t get more gives in the league. I 100% believe he doesn’t get them because he doesn’t “look” , or run, like a traditional running back in the league. I remember when he first became the go to at ND I thought there was no way a guy with his build and running style becomes a legit threat. Oh how I was wrong. One of my favs of the BK era.
