Let me spell it out for you.
2011-Rookie of the year.
2012-2nd in the NFL in yards per attempt, and was generally dominant from an efficiency standpoint. Had some production stolen by the signing of Mike Tolbert. His less yardage passing is because he threw less attempts than when he was a rookie... he had a higher rating, higher QBR, better efficiency, significantly less interceptions than when he won rookie of the year. And he was named the 46th best player in the NFL. In production, he finished 5th behind Brees, Rodgers, Brady, and Manning. You have to be a total buffoon to call that not a "good" season.
2013-another Pro Bowl year. Do you need me to elaborate? You seem to be conceding this was a good season.
2014-HE WAS HURT. He had offseason surgery, then broke a rib in the pre-season causing him to miss a game and not be 100% for weeks, then he got into a car accident where he fractured two vertebrae in his spine and missed another game. Even with all of that, his production per game would've had him in the top 10 in the NFL if evaluating both rushing and passing contributions. And that was his "bad" year.
2015-MVP.
So he had one "bad" year out of five because he was injured. He was still a top 10 QB playing through pain and broken bones and led his team to the playoffs. Your point is completely invalid.
