Kid runs fast and is hard to bring down. His O-Line isn't very good imo, but he's still able to avoid tackles for loss and make huge gains. We could have used him 4 years ago

I can sum this one up...6 minutes 46 seconds of ridiculous skill. Gotta wait until 3 minute 52 second mark to see him actually get tackled. Kid is fast and is not going down without serious encouragement. Great vision and very decisive. Pretty please.

Since Texas and Oklahoma have already offered Starks, it's easy to say the sky is the limit for this top 50 player. Starks has it all and is a threat to take it to the house every time he touches the ball. Oklahoma appears to be in good shape early, but things can change drastically as more offers arrive.
