We at ND have no idea what you're talking about.

But in all seriousness, I hope Bo is ok. He's a freak athlete and I've always been curious to see what he can do at the collegiate level.

Yeah, no joke. You guys got absolutely hammered by that stuff last year. Looks like it's gonna be our turn this season.

I was looking forward to seeing what Bo could do too. He can probably be ready to go by mid season, but will very likely get redshirted now.

Thank you very much for the well wishes, but that pic is nearly 4 years old. It was taken less than 48 hours before our daughter was born, as my wife & I were leaving for our last night out for the next several months. I grew tired of not having an avatar and just like that pic.

[Having so many #1 recruiting classes would seem to make everything easy, but it sure doesn't work out that way all the time. We're struggling to fill holes and find the right guys just like everyone else. The talent and depth from all those classes helps, but it only takes a few key injuries or suspensions and you're in a jam. I'm afraid we're going to struggle this upcoming season.

Well, here's a 4 year late congrats!! Haha! Huge difference going somewhere with a lil one versus when it was just you and the Missus.
Another potential problem with those awesome classes Saban has gotten is, having that one class that looks like future NFL HOF's on paper, but turn out to be dud's. That has really messed some good programs up...and cost the HC his job. (MS State basketball comes to mind. Rick Stansbury had a pretty good thing going and he got the #1 recruit, I forgot his name, but that guy was a lazy, troublemaking, self centered punk. Well, that's what all my State buddies say about the guy. State started the year off with him fighting a team mate on ESPN in the stands at a pre season tourney. Then, he was so out of shape, he would stop at half court when on d, hahaha! Stansbury was gone & State went downhill quickly).
While this very well could happen at ND, I think it's a little less likely because they are pretty selective (you know, RKG's and stuff)

Evidently Bo tore his ACL in practice today and will need surgery to repair it. Tough offseason for my Tide.

No biggy I just wanted make sure it wasn't like he got hurt, practiced again, then tore it.

Yeah I been lazy this offseason and haven't kept up with them as I probably should. Still working off the disappointment of last season I guess. Hope Bo can make it back in time for the regular season.

Suspended 4 games by NCAA. Details as to why are murky. Shouldn't matter too much given that I think he was still trying to get back to health and was unlikely to play much, if at all, the first few games.

A pox upon you and your descendants for 7 generations!

I just saw this, but I think you misinterpreted what I was saying. I meant that if a disappointing Alabama season is getting to the playoffs, I would take that scenario just about every season as an Irish fan.

But now that I see where you were coming from...

No details, but from what Saban's said and the punishment handed down, this is likely a case of taking some minor impermissible benefits such as free meals, a pair of shoes, a comped hotel room, etc.

I like that he's suspended for games that he wasn't going to play in anyway haha.

Different kind of player than Fournette. Bo will more than likely be utilized in the slot as well as RB. I think he ends up being a much bigger Kenyan Drake as long as Wonder Boy is calling the plays. Just hope Bo gets and stays healthy.

"Should we tell Coach?"

"Hell, no. He don't wanna know about this."

Lacy, Yeltson, Bo. Them some big boys.

You forgot Henry, who is bigger than the first two lol.

And then there was Richardson before then, who was also large.

Ingram was the only regular-sized workhorse they had haha.

Richardson is heavy (about 230), but he's only 5'9 (Ingram is 5'10). He has about average size.

Having himself a nice little career revival in Detroit. Nothing earth shattering but he’s been solid the past two games.
