We are waiting for the Stanford game to release him on a vertical route. You just wait and see.
This. Run, run, run, run, run, Onwualu over top TD!
We will need him to go beast mode on Stanford's D.

Meanwhile Will Fuller should just keep doing his Will Fuller thing, suddenly appearing dozens of yards downfield with the ball landing in his hands.
I don't understand how he wasn't a bigger recruit.
FWIW. We didn't see it much from the spring practice videos we got to see but Fuller was apparently fighting the ball a fair amount during spring practice. Enough for the II guys to say it's an area of concern.

What did the ball do to him? Hopefully he isn't dismissed or suspended. Obviously an area of concern whenever a player on the team is fighting...on multiple occasions especially. Hope he gets this straightened out before he gets Mahone'd.
FWIW I heard the ball needed several stitches.
At the 2 practices I saw, he was easily the 2nd best WR behind Chris Brown. It wasnt really close. His routes are phenomenal.
What things made you feel like Brown was better than Fuller?
WR Will Fuller
Quick quiz: Which Irish player had the highest yards per-reception last season? OK, the answer is now slightly obvious, but Fuller's 26.7 per catch is a number that jumps out, even if the sample size (six receptions) is small.
Fuller came in a little under the radar, but he quickly won the trust of the coaches, as evidenced by his three starts and action in all 13 games.
If there's a knock on Fuller, it's his 6-foot, 171-pound frame, which makes physical corners a challenge, particularly at the line of scrimmage. A year in the weight room, not to mention a year learning under crafty TJ Jones, whose No. 7 Fuller will wear this season, will no doubt help.
Fuller isn't a big name, but his 4.4-secondish speed in the 40, and his ability to make difficult catches, should make him a candidate to become one of ND's top receiving targets in a balanced group begging for a breakout star.
I was under the impression that Fuller ' s straight-line speed was his biggest trait, and I don't think slot takes advantage of that outside of specific packages.Like the article said, Competition. It's going to be hard to breakout if he shares reps with Robinson and Brown.
Has there been any talk of him moving to Slot in the future?
