I'm sorry. But this isn't flaky. There are rumors that we are going to lose the coach that just took us to the NCG.

I could commit to going to work for a big law firm. But if that big law firm loses one of its biggest clients, the client that has brought the law firm to it's recent success, then I can justifiably and reasonably de-commit from being employed at that law firm.
