Per Jason Sapp of B&G, "a source yesterday that defensive end Aaron Lynch is "100% cleared" to enroll early at Notre Dame if he decides to go with the Irish."

I think this should ease fears. Alice told Jason her son is enrolling early...

You da man Johnny. Much thanks

When does Aaron arrive?

When does Aaron arrive?

Probably already answered on here somewhere - there are only 1,124 replies - but does Aaron arrive on campus today, or tomorrow?

And did I read something about Kelly won't be available to talk to him until tomorrow or Sunday?

Thanks!

Im pretty sure he is at ND now

If he caught ~8AM flight into Chicago and then bussed it to ND it would take him about 5 hours. Same if he took a connecting flight through Chi-town or Detroit. So I'm not sure when he departed Florida... but he should be there right about now.

I would think since the school is paying for the trip, he will fly into South Bend.

I would be shocked if they would ask him to ride a bus from Chicago by himself. I am sure that he flew into SB and was picked up at the airport. Complete with flowers and chocolate covered cherries... those are his fave.

Between 6 and 7 am he posted on his facebook he was leaving Cape Coral. Obviously he would have to travel to the airport and wait and such. And it should take less than 4 hrs to fly from Florida. I flew to Jamaica and it only took 4.

Is it possible that this "surprise committment" that we have heard of, and the quote from Arron Lynch saying "watch out, ND is making moves", are both referring to Mr Ishaq???..... Perhaps those two really have been talking, which would lead me to believe that AL is ready to pop today!

Just wishful thinking on my part, but hopefully some truth to it!

Fwiw, people writing on Aaron's wall seem to sound like they don't plan on seeing him for a while. It's not the 'good luck over the weekend', it's more like 'take care, best of luck, we'll always be here for you' kind of stufff.

Hope they're right

Yes BUT there aren't direct flights into SB. So you have to connect through Chicago or Detroit. Hence the ~3 hours from FL to Chicago/Detroit, ~1 hour for plane change and ~1 hour from Chicago/Detroit.

Either way it is totally irrelevant haha... the good news is that he is here and hopefully filling out the paperwork right now to be an EE.
