Stapp hung out in our fraternity house at UCF. His best friend at the time was a brother. He was even in the behind the music. We used to bust his balls and call him "Rock Star". He got the last laugh.

I’d rather hear bad medicine than that overplayed song. Players would hate living on a prayer. Dumbest song for a football song

Actually, the more I think about it, Thunderstruck makes a lot of sense. Boomers and Gen Aloha both know it. Play on the lyrics in the Victory March. I’d be here for it.

I'll allow it only if we play the Thunderstruck drinking game with it. Each quarter of the stadium has to drink the next time they say "Thunder".

If we're doing AD/DC, then It's a Long Way to the Top.
The opening riff is just as iconic. As a plus it already has the bagpipes and isn't quite as played out as Thunderstruck for sporting events.

This I can get behind! Even though I almost exclusively refuse to listen to anything after 1999, I do like this song and it's widely recognizable. Love how they slow it down with the drums there. That would be a great time to slowly build the team taking the field.
Bonus: Franz Ferdinand is from Scotland. It's not Ireland, they're like our crazy cousins.
