Honestly, win or lose I feel the flame going. Actually, ND winning might allow me to be at peace and let go. For the first time in probably 20 years I'm more excited for the start of the NFL than CFB.

That ending was just as damaging for the sport as the pro players piece...
The literal stadium clock which IS the clock clearly hits 0 before anyone touches the ball and they put time back on. Wonder how all the gamblers feel in vegas.

It's literally Defense 101 that on a pure Hail Mary situation you line up 4 guys on the goal line and 4 guys five yards deep. When the ball is in the air the guys on the goal line are supposed to get in front of the players, the guys on the back line play the ball.
Why are you putting 5 guys up at the line of scrimmage? Makes it a pure jump ball situation with effectively no numbers advantage.

ND winning would let me continue to keep watching without caring so damned much,… I’d say, Texas beats us in the semis on some bs I think I’ll legit have to quit until ND wins one,… I got one more season in me before I have to prioritize other things if only for my long term health. One thing I’ve learned about myself, I don’t need sports like I thought when I was young, I’ve completely given up on all basketball, most soccer, rarely watch the nfl, barely watch mlb the last few seasons,… it’s cfb and hockey and I can just be a hockey fan if I have to.

On the clock situation -- my gut is that it was Big Ten replay booth and we will get an actual explanation on it. I'm guessing it's something like "the actual in game stadium clock was off and when you hand time it from the snap 9 seconds did not elapse."
You knew they weren’t going to call the holdings when the RT dry f*cked that guy that jumped the snap - held him two in a row. The missed facemask for 10 seconds earlier in the 4th

They don't need to. Nothing will happen and they protect their brand. Conference based officials is the absolute dumbest thing anyone ever came up with. Having that apparent bias when it was a simple game was stupid. Still having it for a multi billion dollar buisness is simply negligent in the best case, and maintained for the outright rigging of games in the worst case.
