For YEARS, the “best” league was determined by the champion. Now that the SEC can’t even make a CFP title appearance, let alone champion, ESPN/SEC is spinning the narrative that the best conference is determined by depth*.

Weird lineup UNC has going on there. The state of NC has one of the largest populations and it is fairly talented but Belichick only has 4 starters from in-state and 6 on the two deep. Seems to be a team patched together with transfers. Maybe the younger players consist of more North Carolinians but looks like an odd approach to not be more focused on homegrown talent.

We're cheering for UNC right? I don't expect them to be good but would be nice if they could at least be closer to a 5 win team.

Their defense has not been great so far but they are hanging in there. It would be a boon to the schedule to some degree if they won, they only have Clemson and ETSU before they play us.

Love seeing the Monster Big XII patches and field logos in this game, knowing our Sofi deal is individually more valuable than their whole league. Can’t wait to remind some slack jaw of that when they spit some “join a conference” nonsense.
