Can only have enough to fill up the previous class limit of 25. I don't recall off the top of my head how many signed in February, but subtract that number from 25 and that's the limit. I think previous year EE's get subtracted as well as they aren't technically part of that class.

I'm curious where you read that. Strikes me as an arbitrary restriction which limits the program for no practical reason.

It's not written explicitly. The Rivals Mods discussed it either last year or the year before because the administration puts a lot of value in having the majority of the team go through the First Year of Studies / Orientation with their class.

i have heard or read before not sure where; that 5 was the max for ND per their own rules...this was i believe stated by BK his first year

You gotta love this group of kids! They start out close like this they will play for each other and not draft status, and when things get tough they will have a good support base to lean on! Getting out on your own for the first time is tough enough as it is but having 20 best friends is a good start!
