It is about basic communication A-la-carte. You cannot communicate via text or email or message board, like you can face-to-face or even across the telephone lines. 80% of communication is nonverbal. Vocal intonation, body language, adds to the communication's clarity by reinforcing the core verbal message. So that is why when you want to reduce communication to a written stream you must be more precise. Otherwise you confuse, or insult other people.
As far as you trying to call me elitist, or whatever, you don't know me well enough. I am not that special except I am extremely tired of @ssholes ruining my avocation; first they waste valuable time on my message board, now they are pissing off recruits and wasting a bunch of my friends’ time and energy. Some of these people on this site, I would bleed for, and I would let them bleed for me.
As far as calling me names, I thought I was pretty measured in my approach and even kind by my standards. Your wanting to call me things seems to fit more my original hypothesis. The bang-bang site is full of a bunch of wannabes that take every shortcut to give them the ego gratification that they desire. They spout something off without a clue about what they say, its veracity, or the consequences of their actions. Further, they live in the fantasy of the Internet, where every jackoff is a superstar.
Back to calling me names, I think I understand what you were attempting, but I am not sure you were. You were fine until you started calling me names. That is a dead giveaway that we are talking about issues other than my website behavior, for instance, maybe small man’s disease. My advice would be to look up two psychological terms; transference and projection.
