Side note: what the hell is up with posters recently adding rival college logos to their profile???
I noticed GB has the USC logo, now STL is rockin a Miami logo?
Wtf is going on?!
I don't know how much trouble you can get in really, but using Nix' face is most definitely illegal and if ND compliance finds out they will let you know.
It's common sense isn't it?
GB seems to have a soft spot for alot of teams
I have been waiting for this question forever haha I have Miami's because I go to SLUH , St. Louis University High School, and play football and in our road to state (lost in semis) we adopted the USWAGG as our thing
so I dont like Miami I do throw up the U though

I'll answer for him. He always wanted to go to USC.
how is using someone's face with their permission illegal? ND doesnt own Louis Nix's face. you using Rockets face illegal too?
Hey, go complain to the ND compliance office.
There's a reason you don't see the Bookstore or anyone else selling merchandise with a player's face on it. There's a reason why you don't see players still in college on the cover of NCAA football.
"Ah, but Louis is cool with it" will likely get a chuckle out of ND though.

I have both Ronald Talley shirts. How did Alumni get around that? People made shirts for Sergio Brown while I was there too. I'm just curious.

Because people break the rules and it's not that hard to get around it.
I'm not saying don't make them. I'm not saying don't sell them or don't wear them around. I'm not saying that ND will find out.
What I'm saying is that it is illegal and if ND finds out they will ask you to stop selling them. I know someone who had a tee-shirt idea nixed for much, much less than putting a player's face on it.
The key here is everybody go have your own t-shirt made if you want one. Any exchange of money and it becomes iffy.
It really would not be hard to bring a printed copy of these pictures to your local t-shirt place and have them print you off a shirt.
